At our core is our passion for collaboration and innovation to improve the delivery of projects to create extraordinary buildings.  Confluence Builders enhances projects through two primary delivery methods.  The first is to serve our clients as an at-risk turnkey Design-Builder or Construction Manager/General Contractor.  The second is to serve as a Project Management consultant providing clients with expertise in real estate development, design management, and construction management.
